Juliet Johnson
Juliet Johnson received her yoga teacher training at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California where she lived for five years and taught yoga and meditation. She has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, inspired by her grandmother who is in her 80’s and still finding her way into her own yoga practice after 50 years. She teaches a rigorous yet soothing and compassionate style of yoga inspired by her primary teacher Johanna Holloman as well as Erich Schiffman, Seane Corn and Thomas Fortel. Her yoga is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa that is heart centered and based in deep present moment awareness. She is greatly inspired by the spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle and believes that re-grounding regularly is key to living a centered and balanced life, particularly in times when things around us are changing so quickly. Juliet loves to dance and also works as a water engineer and researcher in sustainable whole system finance strategies. She loves helping people grow into and deepen their yoga practice and spiritual self-awareness.
