Each 75-minute class will introduce new ways to MELT away the pressures of the week so you can ease into the weekend!
MELT Workshops are geared toward specific populations, activities, or issues. Topics may include pregnancy, injury prevention and recovery, marathon training, yoga, cycling – the list is endless. These focused workshops can help reduce symptoms and improve performance, and results are seen and felt during the workshop.
MELT private training sessions are the ideal way to experience the changes MELT can bring to your body. Whether you're a four-season athlete or a 9-to-5er who struggles to make it to the mat, your certified MELT instructor can create a personalized self-care program that will help keep you free of pain and ready to enjoy the activities you love.
