Mindy Dillard

Mindy is originally from Salt Lake City, UT. She has been practicing yoga for 9 years and received her 200-hr yoga teaching certification from the Bhaktishop yoga studio in SE Portland in 2008. She has taught yoga at Woodstock Wellness Center, The Bhaktishop, and Sellwood Community Center. Also a freelance theater teacher, she has developed a kids yoga class that incorporates creative drama, music, and yoga asana. She is also a performance artist and songwriter in Portland and is pursuing an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art at Goddard College in Pt. Townsend, WA and working on a one-woman show.
