Yoga Nidra

Recline back and be verbally guided through "yogic sleep" to release accumulated tension in mind and body. Yoga Nidra guides us into a "threshold state between sleep and wakefulness, where contact with the subconscious and unconscious occurs spontaneously." A 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice is the equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep! When we learn how to authentically relax, our true nature is spontaneously revealed. It is a life transforming practice. You are not physically moving for the practice.
